The Tom Tom Power of Cool Concert and Power of Cool Challenge (“Challenge”) is organized by CADBURY NIGERIA PLC and all content on this website (“Site”) is owned and operated by CADBURY NIGERIA PLC affiliated with Mondelēz International, Inc. and is made available to you for informational purposes only. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree to these terms and Privacy Notice, you may not use this Site. Any access or use of this website is undertaken at the user's own risk. This Challenge is open to Citizens of the Federal Republic of Nigeria over the age of 18 (eighteen) years and in possession of a valid Nigerian Identity Document. This Challenge does not apply to any staff or relatives of CADBURY NIGERIA PLC as well as any agent or consultant or any person directly or indirectly who controls or is controlled by the Promoters, its advertising agencies, advisers, dealers, suppliers and identified by the trademarks owned by or licensed to CADBURY NIGERIA PLC, its affiliates and/or associated companies and (herein referred to as “Disqualified Participants”).
ACCESS.
Access to this Site is permitted on a temporary basis and CADBURY NIGERIA PLC reserve the right to withdraw, suspend or amend the services provided on the Site without notice. This Site is updated regularly and CADBURY NIGERIA PLC will not be liable if for any reason the Site or any materials on it are unavailable at any time or for any period. CADBURY NIGERIA PLC reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse entry on to or remove from the Concert venue or the vicinity any person who:- (1) Has been convicted of a criminal offence, which, in the opinion of CADBURY NIGERIA PLC is likely to affect the safety or enjoyment of other visitors; (2) Is behaving in a manner, which, in the opinion of CADBURY NIGERIA PLC has, or is likely to affect the safety or enjoyment of other visitors, cause annoyance to other visitors, behaving in such a way as to cause danger or distress to others or damage the property; (3) Has used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behavior or in any way provokes or behaves in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace; (4) Is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or other substances; (5) In addition to the foregoing, where a person has caused damage he/she must meet any expenses incurred as a result of such behavior. (6) All persons attending the event must pre-register to get a ticket. Tickets must be retained at all times and submitted for inspection if required by any employee or agent of CADBURY NIGERIA PLAC. Any person attempting to gain admission without a valid ticket shall be asked to leave; (7) Where a person gives his/her ticket to another who is not authorised, such Act is prohibited and entry would be refused by CADBURY NIGERIA PLC or its agents CADBURY NIGERIA PLC reserves the right to prosecute any persons found damaging or defacing any part of the premises.
